Shrimp Broccoli Rice Bowl

3 ounces Medium Shrimp, cooked10 small scallops, raw1 Tbsp Margarine1/2 cup Uncle Ben's Wild and Brown Rice2 cups Bird's Eye Broccoli Stir Fry1 tsp soy sauce
Saute shrimp and scallops in 1 tsp butter until scallops are done. I only add Salt & Pepper and Tiger seasoning for flavor.
Cook 2 cups of veggies as directed - steam or boil till done.
Cook rice as directed. (I use the 90 second bag and save the rest)
Use as much soy sauce as you like, but the calorie content is for 1 tsp. Enjoy.
