1 (7 ounce) can Kirkland salmon1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese, Nonfat,2 TBSP Kraft miracle whip regular1 tsp Parsley, dried1/2 TSP Pepper, black4 Flour TortillaRomaine lettuce - 4 inner leaf4 slices tomato
Mix all ingredients together, let sit in refrigerator for at least 30 min to over night. Take one flour tortilla, lay romaine lettuce leaf on top, spread 1/4 of salmon mixture, add tomato, roll up and follow suite for the rest of the tortillas. Serve with carrot sticks and fat-free ranch dressing and enjoy a low calorie, but healthy lunch!!
