5 oz can of Chunk light tuna in water, drained1/2c chopped carrots1/2c chopped celery1/2c frozen peas, thawed2 oz small shell noodles, cooked2 TBSP Miracle Whip Light 1 tsp Black Pepper

Mix all contents. I divided the mixture into 3 servings.
