Healthy Chappatis

Ingredients
* 1 cup white-brown (mixed) flour* 1 tbs sunflower oil* half a cup of water* salt is optional but tastes perfectly good without it! If used, half a tbs is adequete.A chappati pan is needed so head down to your nearest indian food shop!
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients together and roll into a bread like dough.
2. make 8-9 small dough balls. They should be approx 4-5 inches in diameter once rolledinto a ball and flattened with the palm of your hand.
3. Put the chappati pan on the cooker and warm. Cooker should be on medium heat. It should be hot enough by the time you finifh the next step.
4. In each flattened dough ball, add in a tiny drop of oil and the same amount of flour and roll up again.
5. using a rolling pin, roll out until the chappati is about 9in in diameter and about .075cm thick. Don't worry about exact measurements - trust your instincts
6. cook on each side until brown (this will probably be no more than 1-2 min on each side. They cook very quickly so don't take your eyes off!
