Ingredients
2 15-oz cans Pork & Beans1 LB extra lean hamburger1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped bell pepper1 tbsp butter2 tblsp ketchup (more or less)2 tsp yellow mustard
Directions
Chop the onion and green pepper. Melt the butter in a good size frying pan, add the onion and green pepper, cook til onion is transparant. Add the hamburger, crumbled, and cook til it is well done. Add the cans of pork & beans (I always take the fat chunks out! Yuck!), stir in the ketchup & mustard and let it simmer awhile. Taste it and add salt & pepper if you want it. Yum!
