Spicy Garlic Hummus

Ingredients
2 cans garbanzos, drained (reserve liquid)5 cloves of garlic, peeled and left whole1/4 c. tahini1/2 c. plus 2 T lemon juice2 T olive oil1 t salt1/4 to 1/2 t cayenne (to taste)
Directions
Dump all ingredients except juice left from garbanzos into a food processor. Add 1/4 of the liquid, then process until smooth. Add additional liquid until hummus reaches desired consistency.

Makes 8 lunch servings.
