2 Frozen Chicken Breasts1 Can petite diced tomatoes w/ jalapeno's2 C chicken broth1/2 C chopped onion1 C brown ricepepper to taste

place top 4 ingredients in crock pot, cook on low heat for 6 hours add rice during last 2 hours.
