Directions
spice up turkey as you'd like (Galena St. Rub from Penzey's) & form into two humongous patties. Cook on the grill until done. While cooking, mix horseradish and may. Saute onion & celery with cooking spray. Toast rye on the grill when burgers are almost done; at the same time place Swiss on burgers to melt. Chiffonade the spinach. When burgers are done, serve on rye toast spread with cranberry sauce, horseradish mayo, onion, celery & spinach.
