Directions
slice the steak, peppers, and onions thin. throw them in a hot pan with the olive oil. Brown a bit. Add other ingredients. Mix and cook until the steak is the way you like it - it cooks up faster the thinner you slice it!

    if you look at the ingredient list and the calories associated it says 197 calories for black pepper. I suggest removing that so the calories balance out! THANKS! - 10/2/09

    You can get a good *fajita* taste to the steak by throwing it in a ziploc bag with lime juice and cilantro the night before! - 3/20/09
