Peppered Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 Shady Brook Turkey Breast Chops2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp ground thyme, dried2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 tbsp low sodium worcestershire sauce
Directions
Coat chops with pepper and thyme
Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium-high heat
Add chops, brown on one side (2-3 mins) and turn
Remove chops from pan; cover to keep warm
Add Worcestershire sauce to pan, stirring constantly to remove any pan juices and brown bits of chops from bottom of skillet
Pour accumulated juices over chops and serve
