Amazing Chicken & Spinach Salad

Ingredients
Salad:1.5 - 2 Chicken breastsA packet of spinach6 stalks of celeryA pack of cherry tomatoesA cucumberDressing:Soy sauceLemon juice (freshly squeezed is best!)Crushed garlic
Directions
If you have time, the night before, make up a marinade of half the soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic. Put in a small tupperware container and marinade the chicken in it overnight.

If not, simply do the above for 10 minutes or so before cooking.

Take chicken out of marinade and place on grill at a high heat, until browned outside and soft on the inside.

While cooking, chop up all other salad ingredients to your liking. Arrange on plates. Mix together remaining half of soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic. Toss over salad.

Once chicken is done, chop it up and place in salad.

Be aware that soy sauce is very high in sodium, but you do lose some of it when you take the chicken out of the marinade.
