Tomato-bread soup

400g canned tomatoes1 cup waterhandful of basil, leaves and twigs seperated1 tbsp olive oil3 cloves of garlic100g cherry tomatoesa handful of bread, torn to medium sized pieces
Cut half of the garlic in slices, put them in the oven @ 200 degrees Celcius with the cherry tomatoes and half of the basil leaves.
chop up hte rest of the garlic and the basil twigs. Fry them slowly in the olive oil. Then add the canned tomatoes and let them cook for about ten minutes. Break the tomatoes in pieces with a spoon or something iek that. Add the water, cook another 10 minutes then add the bread and the rest of the basil leaves. Cook for another 10 minutes and serve.
