Easy Potato Soup

Ingredients
Sausage gravy mix 2 cup packagechicken broth 2 cansShredded or hash brown potatoes
Directions
Stir together chicken broth, 1 1/2 cans and shredded frozen potatoes, simmer for 5 mins. Mix gravy mix with remaining chicken broth and stir slowly into potatoes and broth. Soup will thicken as it heats up, bring to a low boil and simmer for 3-5 mins. Serve with shredded cheese and bacon bits if desired. This recipe is courtesy of Weight Watchers. Points 2 for 1 cup.
