Ingredients
lean beef mincehot paprikalentils soaked overnight and drained thoroughlybacon rasher fat removedrye or continental breadOLIVE OIL TO FRYsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients, then make into large meatballs, fry in a little olive oil on med heat until cooked thoroughly.
Serve with hot veges or as an accompaniment to spaghetti sauce.
Can be baked but tends to be a little dry.
