Ingredients
1 full bone in chicken breast - with skin8 cups of water5 Large Celery Stalks chopped20 Baby Carrots chopped4 tsp Mrs Dash Southwest Blend - or what ever blend you like2 Tbs Pepper Sauce - I like Tennessee Sunshine3 Tbs Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce1 cup Uncles Bens Long Grain RiceAny other veggies you have ready to toss in...
Directions
Put water in pot, add Chicken, Veggies, Mrs Dash, Pepper Sauce, and Teriyaki to water.

Bring to full rolling boil

Cover, Lower heat to simmer for 1 hour.

At one hour, remove chicken breast from pot, remove meat from bone, either chop or shred, add back to pot - ditch the bone.

Add liquid to bring back up to 6.5 cups or so...

Add Rice. Cover and simmer another 30 min until about 6 cups remain.

Brain dead simple and really good.

Makes about 6.0 one cup servings.
