Vegetarian Upsidedown Pizza

2 cups green bell peppers4 cups/ 1 package of morningstar farms veggie crumbles1 cup tomato sauce (or more if desired)1/2 cup mozz. cheese1 14 oz. can of tomatoes1 medium onion2 cloves garlicmilk (skim, 1%, or whatever you prefer)2 eggs1 cup whole wheat flour
Pre-head oven to 350 degrees. Cook onion until soft, then add tomato sauce. While sauce simmers, cut up veggies. Put mixture into 13X9 pan and sprinkle with mozz cheese.
In a seperate bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and flour. Pour over veggie mixture in pan. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until the "crust" is hardened.
