Blue menu WW rotini, 3 cup (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, diced (remove)Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)Olive Oil, 0.25 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup (remove)Cider Vinegar, 0.25 cup (remove)*Ketchup, Heinz, 8 tbsp (remove)
Cook 3 cups raw pasta as per directions on box
Cut avacado, peppers and cheese into chunks
Mix olive oil, ketchup, sugar and vinegar
Combine all ingredients into one bowl.
Make 1 day before needed.
