chicken and mushroom tagliatelle

200g tagliatelle (dry)400g skinless chicken breast3 cloves garlic2tbsp basil1tbsp oregano100g shallots or bunch spring onions100mls white wine1x 375ml can carnation light and creamy20g cornflour( to thicken)4 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
brown chicken breast in pan with garlic, basil and oregano.
add shallots or spring onions then mushrooms to sweat.
add wine allow to reduce.
meanwhile bring large pot of salted water to boil add tagliatelle and cook as per instructions on pack
mix together cornflour and small amount milk to make a paste, slowly add remaining milk.
when pasta is almost cooked ad creamy sauce to pan with chicken and mushrooms, stir to avid lumps.
drain pasta and add to pot ensuring all patsa is covered with sauce
serve adding black pepper and parmesan to taste
