Ingredients
2 very ripe large bananas, mashed1 egg1 cup whole wheat flour1/4 t baking soda1 t baking powder1/4 t salt1 t vanilla extract1/4 t cinnamonmini chocolate chips (optional)peanut butter chips (optional)
Directions
Mix together all ingredients, using the chips if you want extra sweetness. Bake at 350 for 5-6 minutes. Cookies are puffy, and slightly "pancake" texture, but taste great! My 2 year old loves them!! Makes approx 30 1 1/2" cookies

    I made this recipe to a tee but it seems as if it's missing something. I didn't add the chocolate chips so I will do that the next time I make them. - 3/3/12
