Alan's Delicious Homemade Chili

Ingredients
3 lbs lean ground chuck3 sm cans tomatoes, crushed3 medium onions, chopped3 cans New Orleans Style Red Kidney Beans3 cans water3 tsp salt6 tablespoons chili powder1/2 tsp dry cocoa powder
Directions
Brown ground chuck and rinse under cold water; drain well. Saute onions until translucent. Add ground chuck, tomatoes, beans, water, seasonings and cocoa. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat until reduced by one half (about 2 hrs). Yield: 12 servings.
