Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 3/4 C all-purpose flour1/3 C Splenda2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 beaten egg1/2 C 2% milk1/4 C olive oil
Directions
Mix together flour, splenda and baking powder in a medium bowl.
In a seperate bowl, mix together salt, egg, milk and oil.
Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture and pour in the egg and milk mixture. Mix all together and portion into a muffin pan.
Do not use muffin cups. Spray your muffin pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
Should make 12 muffins.
Cook 18-20 minutes depending on oven. Enjoy!!!!
