I made this but added sliced mushrooms and baby carrots on top. Served it with mashed potatoes made with low-fat sour cream and a tossed salad. My husband and grandchildren want it at least twice a month. - 7/20/09

I used a thin sirloin. It was very tender, very moist. Made a lot of juice. Ended up tasting somewhat like a very good pot roast. Family really enjoyed it. Would add mushrooms next time. - 4/1/09

Sorry... but I'm not even going to try this one - the sodium level is through the roof! (One serving has more than half the recommended daily limit for most adults, and 80% of the recommended daily limit for people with diabetes, high blood pressure, or kidney disease!) - 5/20/12

Fantastic! I was out of tomato soup, so subbed no-salt-added diced tomatoes. I cooked it only 6-8 hours on low, and it was deliecious. Thank you, Sweeteeamee! - 8/16/10
