Corn Fritters

Ingredients
1 can of Cream of corn1 cup of flour1 eggsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Place cream of corn in bowl. Add in flour and egg mix until mix throughly. I used Pam to cut calories. You can use oil to fry them in if you like.

I placed 1/4 c in a hot skillet that was sprayed with Pam and cooked until done I do some at a time. Made 8 patties.
