Gimme Green Salad

Ingredients
Salad1 Bunch Kale (Dino or Green)1 Head of Purple Cabbage, Shredded2 Green Onion, Chopped1 cup Pumpkin Seeds Dressing2 Tbsp Sesame Oil 2 Cloves Garlic, minced8 Tbs Olive Oil4 Tbs Rice VinegarTamari to taste
Directions
1. Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl
2. Whisk dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
3. Pour dressing over salad
4. Toss
5. Enjoy

Store unused portion in the refrigerator. Lasts about a week.
