4 lg potobello mushroom caps1/4 cup balsamic vinegarPam spray for grill1 tsp dry basil1 tsp dried oregano1 Tbsp minced garlic4 1oz slices provolone cheeseroll of choice not included in calories
place mushroom caps smooth side down in dish. Mix all ingredients except oil together. let stand 15 min flipping 2 times.
heat grill pan (or grill or forman)med high spray pan with pam. cook mushrooms basting with leftover liquid.
cook 5-8 minutes on each side until tender put 1 oz cheese slice to melt . serve as is or on roll. (roll calories not included)
