Antoinette's buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups flour2 tbs sugar2 tsp baking powder0.5 tsp baking soda0.5 tsp salt2 beaten eggs2 cups buttermilk3 tbs vegetable oil
Directions
1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well
2. Measure buttermilk in measuring cup, add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix well.
3. Add wet to dry, mix until moist, but still lumpy. Cook as usual

Mine makes about 16 pancakes
