Slow cooker Thai Style Pork Stew

Ingredients
2lbs pork loin, cut into pieces2c sliced red bell peppers1/4c teriyaki sauce2tbl rice vinegar (or white wine vinegar)1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes2 cloves garlic minced1/4 creamy peanut butter
Directions
place everything into the crock pot except the peanut butter. cook on low for 8 hours. remove pork and chop coarsely. add peanut butter to pot then return pork. serve over rice (not included in calorie count)
