Jell-O Cream Cheese Pie

1 graham cracker crust 2 8-oz pkg 1/3 Less Fat "Neufchâtel" cream cheese2 cups milk 1 pkg 1oz. Sugar-free Jell-O Lemon or Vanilla Instant Pudding
1. Soften the cream cheese and stir. Mix in 1/2 cup milk with hand mixer.
2. Add in the rest of the milk (1 1/2 cups) and lightly blend until smooth.
3. Pour in the package of pudding and mix 1 to 2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and starts to thicken.
4. Pour into graham cracker crust. Cover and
chill 2 hours before serving.
