Banana Apricot Bread, no sugar

Ingredients
Buckwheat, 1 cup *Flour, white, 3 cup Butter, salted, .75 cup 'Egg Beaters, original -1 cFat free half and half - 3/4 cWater 1/4 cBanana, fresh, 2 cup, mashed Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp Apricots, dried, 15 halves dicedBaking Soda, 2 tsp Baking Powder, 4 tsp
Directions
Beat together mashed banana, butter, eggs, vanilla, half and half and water until creamy. Add flour, baking, soda, baking powder and spices. Beat well. Stir in apricots. Spoon batter into 2 oiled and floured 9x5 loaf pans. Spread batter evenly. Bake at 325 for 45 - 55 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack before slicing.
