Sunflower seed rolls

Ingredients
500g strong wholewheat flour1tsp salt1tsp dried yeast50g sunflower seeds2tbsp sugar1tbsp skimmed milk powder300ml lukewarm water2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Makes 15 rolls

Sift flour into a bowl

Add yeast, sunflower seeds, sugar and milk powder. Stir dry ingredients together.

Add water and oil and stir with a fork.

When ingredients are mixed, take the dough onto a floured surface and kneed for 5mins.

Put in a bowl, greased with olive oil, for 1 hour.

Beat back down and shape into 15rolls.

Place rolls on baking sheet in a 220C oven for 15 minutes.
