Corn Meal Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 Cup White Flour1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/3 Cup Corn Meal1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp salt1 tbsp sugar1 cup skim milk1 tbsp butter melted1 tbsp molasses
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Separately mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and molasses. Combine with dry ingredients. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Drop batter by 1/4 cup onto heated pan. Makes 10 pancakes.

    Yummy - but 1 egg is missing from the ingredients list. Like this one and will make again. I used whole grain spelt flour for the whole grain flour. - 7/10/10
