Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, 2 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Lemon Extract, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 3 extra large Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp 1 cinnamon stick.
Directions
in small double boiler heat water.
in top pot or small deep pan put 4-5 tsp sugar and place over flame until dark brown move it so it coats bottom.
in bowl of mixer mix 1/2 cup sugar, and 3 eggs add milk extract and one stick cinnamon. Pour on top of carmelized sugar place over boiling water cover and let water simmer 14 minutes
turn off heat let stand 15 minutes remove cinnamon stick and place in refrigerater and cool about 2 hours.
