Apple Cinnamon Steel Cut Oats

1 c steel cut oats1 1/4 c water1 c skim milk1 Tbsp cinnamon1c diced apples
Directions
Mix all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low overnight. May need to use more liquid if oatmeal comes out too thick/dry.
