Scrambled Eggs w/Turkey Brat

Ingredients
1 egg1 egg white2 tblsp green onion1/2 turkey brat, precooked and chopped2 tblsp salsa
Directions
Saute precooked, diced brat.
Add onion when brat is heated through.
Add beaten egg white and egg.
Cook to desired firmness.
Sprinkle salsa on top, if desired.
