1 cup of boiled black eye beans1/2 cup salad onions1 cup grated carrot1 cup shredded white cabbage1/4 cup diced green bell pepper1 cup romaine lettuce shredded1/2 cup red tomatoes dicedsalad seasoning
Directions
mix all ingredients in a salad bowl allow to stand for about 1 hr in the fridge
