* Big Apple Bagels, Whole Wheat Bagel, 1 serving * Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 tbsp * Apples, fresh, .25 cup, quartered or chopped * Celery, raw, .125 cup (1/8 cup), diced
Directions
Spread the peanut butter on both sides of the bagel, add the apples and celery....almost a veggie sandwich.
