Ingredients
4 yams or sweet potatoes1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.5 tsp gound cummin.5 tsp paprika.5 tsp dried oregano.5 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Wash potatoes and pat dry using paper towel and leave skins on. Slice into French-fry like wedges, about 1/2 inch thick. Tosse wedges with olive oil in large bowl. In small bowl stir together remaining ingredients . Add to potatoes and toss until they're evenly coated with spicy mixture. Arrange potatoes in a single layeer on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. EXACT BAKING TIME DEPENDS ON THICKNESS OF WEDGES.
