    Good basic quick easy go-to recipe. I added corn and black beans for a southwestern flavor. The calorie count is based on 1/4 of a quesadilla being a serving, which is pretty small unless it's an appetizer. One whole quesadilla is a more realistic serving size. I eat 1 quesadilla w/veggie salad. - 7/25/09
