Perch with sauteed zucchini

Ingredients
Frozen zucchini-l bagbaby carrots, diced1/2 small onion, diced2 cloves of garlic, diced1 can diced tomatoes2 perch fillets fresh or defrosted
Directions
Sautee the onions, garlic and diced carrots until soft. Add the frozen zucchini and the diced tomato and simmer for about 5 minutes covered. Add the perch and cook covered until the fish is cooked through, about 5 more minutes.
