spicy light mac n cheese with turkey

Ingredients
Pasta, whole wheat elbows, 14 oz boxTurkey breast meat, 4 ounce cubedLow Fat Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 4 oz Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1.5 cup Milk, nonfat, .75 cup Garlic, 2 tsp choppedonion, 1 medium diced tinySalt, 1 tsp Deli Brown Mustard, 3 tsp Pepper Jack Cheese, 4 one oz slices
Directions
Heat oven to 375. Cook entire box of macaroni with directions on package. In a sprayed 9x13 dish toss cooked macaroni with cubed turkey and grated cheddar. Blend next 6 ingredients together in the blender until creamy. Pour in and mix everything together. Top with broken up slices of pepper-jack cheese. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, serves 8.
