Ingredients
Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup Light cream 1.5 cupParmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup Romano Cheese, 4 oz Egg Yolk, 3 large Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Makes 10 1/4 cup servings of sauce (176 calories per serving)

Add Cream and milk into saucepan over low heat until it just starts to simmer. Stir in parmesian cheese and romano cheese. Once the cheese is stirred in remove from heat. Set yolks aside in a bowl and add about 1/2 cup of the cream and cheese mixture to the eggs while wisking to temper the eggs. Then add the eggs to the pan and stir over low heat until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and use right away. The longer the sauce cools the thicker it becomes. Recipe is calculated with a dash of salt and a tsp of pepper. You may want to season to taste
