A-L's Modified Easy Italian Skillet Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts1 14.5 oz can Italian diced tomatoes1 14.5 oz can large black olives2 tbsp flourspray olive oil
Directions
Lightly flour chicken breasts with 2 tbsp flour.
In skillet coated with spray olive oil, cook chicken breast. When chicken is almost done, add all other ingredients in skillet. Simmer for 15-20 min.
Great with couscous (couscous not included in calorie count).

Makes four generous servings.
