Ingredients
1.25 lb turkey breast cutlets3 Tbsp whole wheat flour2 C chicken broth1 can mushroom pieces1 Tbsp capers1 lemon, sliced2 Tbsp white wine
Directions
Dredge turkey in flour and brown in nonstick pan sprayed with Pam. Add rest of flour and brown. Add broth, wine, capers, mushrooms, and lemon slices and cook until sauce thickens.
