Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

4 Chicken Thighs7 oz. Smoked Turkey Sausage2 cups uncooked Long Grain and Wild Rice4 cups (32 oz.) Low Sodium Chicken Broth1 medium Diced Onion1 medium Diced Bell Pepper1 tsp. Black Pepper4 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
Boil chicken until done (about 30 minutes). Allow to cool and remove skin and bones. Chop chicken up roughly. Cut sausage into 1/4" slices. In a dutch oven combine chicken, sausage, rice, chicken broth, diced onion, diced bell pepper, black pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes or until desired consistency. Makes about 6 servings.
