Chicken Vegetable Soup low carb

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)2 T. chicken seasoning (low salt)Pepper to taste2 cups (16 oz. bag) frozen mixed vegetables1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli1 cup chopped celery1/2 cup chopped carrots (or onions if you prefer)8 cups water
Directions
add water, seasoning, and chicken to a pot and turn on high
Cook for 30 minutes until chicken is done. Remove chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
Add all veggies.
Cook for an additional 30 minutes until veggies are desired tenderness.
