Ingredients
1lb (16oz) Lean Ground beef1 medium Celery Stalk, diced10 small Mushrooms, Sliced1 small Green Pepper, chopped 1/2 medium Onion, chopped 1/2 tsp Salt1 tsp Garlic Pepper200grams Whole Wheat Penne Pasta1 can Aylmer Garlic and Olive Oil Diced Tomatoes1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup1/3 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Cook Pasta according to package.

Brown Ground Beef with veggies. Combine ground beef mixture with tomatoes and soup, along with cooked pasta, into a large casserole dish. Top with Cheese and bake uncovered for 30 mins until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
