Harvest Bistro Pork Tenderloin (crock pot)

Ingredients
2 large onions- quartered3 stalks celery- cut into 1-2 inch pieces1 cup fresh whole cranberries1 large pear, cored and cut in wedges1 large cooking apple, cored and cut into wedges2 tsp dried thyme2/3 cup brown sugar2 lb pork tenderloin- cut into 1-2 inch pieces.1 cup chicken broth6 oz. Brie Cheese, chopped
Directions
Combine onions celery, pear and apple in slow cooker. Sprinkle with thyme and sugar. Place pork on top. Pour broth on top of pork. cover and cook on LOW 7 hours. Sprinkle cheese over pork. Cover and cook on LOW 1 hour. Transfer pork to serving plate. Arrange vegetable and fruit around pork. Serves 6.
