Potatoes on the Grill

Ingredients
3 large raw potatoes3 tsp. garlic, minced1 cup raw onions sliced4 tbsp. Country Crock spread1 tbsp. dried dill weed2 tbsp. onion powder1 tsp. salt/pepper
Directions
Cut up raw potatoes into large cubes (skins can remain on or off). Place on piece of aluminum foil with edges folded upward. Slice onion and put on top of potatoes. Add garlic, onion powder, dill weed, and salt/pepper on top. Put the tbsps. of margarine spread over the top in "globs". Seal with a second piece of aluminum foil and place in oven (375 degrees) or on med. heat grill. Cook (without opening) for approx. 40 minutes. Open foil carefully (steam will be hot!), stir potatoes & serve. ENJOY!!
