Ingredients
Vegetable Broth - 2 cansTomatoes (any kind) - 1 large canTomato Sauce, no salt - 1 4oz canPinto Beans - 1 canBrown Rice - 1/2 cup uncookedFrozen Edamame - 1/2 cup to 1 cupFrozen Spinach - 1 cupGarlic - 3 cloves
Directions
Brown onions and garlic in splash of olive oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until rice is done.
