Old Fashioned Pancakes

1 1/2 c. flour1 t. salt1 3/4 t. baking powder3 eggs2 c. milk1/8-1/4 t. stevia powder3 T. melted butter
Mix all ingredients together.
Lightly butter and heat griddle or pan until a few drops of water bounce and sizzle on the surface.
Ladle 1/4 c. portions of batter onto griddle or pan. To assure well rounded pancakes, don't drop the batter from high above, rather let it pour onto the griddle from the side of the ladle.
Cook about 1-2 min., or until bubbles appear on the surface and the bottoms are golden brown. Flip the pancakes and brown the other side.
